We take the time to meet with you and discuss your building requirements and options.
This is where all of your exciting ideas and wishes will be converted into an initial set of plans for your consideration.
We prepare a cost estimate based on this initial design and will make the necessary changes to finalise the plans for approval.
We will gather all the relevant documentation required for building approval i.e. engineering, geotechnical survey, energy rating, asbestos report etc. Once we have these documents we will submit everything to the building certifier on your behalf, to gain the BA and/or DA required. Once we have received approval we will produce a comprehensive cost analysis which will form part of our contract.
Contracts are prepared for you to sign, we use a Master Builders fixed price contract. During this time we will help you make all the necessary decisions regarding your selections to get your project underway.
Now the fun begins!! Upon construction commencement you will be introduced to further members of our team, each committed to ensuring your building experience will be a rewarding and exciting time, exceeding your expectations.
Prior to official handover we will perform a final inspection to ensure everything is complete and in line with our exceptional standards. When we are satisfied with this we will hand the property over to you with a booklet, which contains information regarding appliance warranties, and details on how to maintain your brand new space.
We include a unique 6-month maintenance period after handover. Enjoy this time and familiarise yourself with your new dream home!
